Playing With Neglected Archaeology 2

The Golden House Series' continuation. Four photographic productions made in 2011. These interventions were more focused on the outside, creating an enigmatic landscape.
One of the most important reasons in this site specific research it's the over-laying of the time history and legacy of this specific place, creating a duality between some external symbolic elements that have a more contemporary characteristics by over-laying other interpretations and understandings about time and place. Their history and how the passage of time live architectural and technical evolution enter in confrontation with the contemporaneity time and their transformation of cultural and aesthetic symbolism.

The main intention of this project started with my will of rehabilitate a neglected building, whose construction still translate much about its time and propose, reflecting a tradition and an industrial patrimony now almost left behind.
I started to work on this building in the middle of 2010, doing interventions in the architecture mostly with paint and stencil, deconstructing its main identity and propose of primary existence.
